General
Krow is the AI front desk for service businesses. It handles scheduling, missed-call text-back, invoicing, payments, dispatch, follow-ups, review requests, and more — built for plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, and similar trades.
Krow is designed specifically for home-service businesses: plumbers, HVAC contractors, roofers, electricians, garage door companies, pest control, and similar trades. If you give quotes and follow up with leads, Krow is for you.
CRMs organize contacts but don't run your front desk. Krow automates scheduling, missed-call recovery, payments, follow-ups, dispatch — the things that usually fall through the cracks.
No. We handle setup during onboarding. You don't need to write code, configure APIs, or build automations from scratch. We do that for you.
Getting Started
A 15-minute call to understand your business, see if Krow is a good fit, and show you how it works. No commitment, no pressure. If we're not a match, we'll tell you.
We schedule an onboarding call. During onboarding, we set up your account, help you import your first leads, configure your message templates, and launch your first campaign. Most businesses are live within 24 hours.
Export your leads as a CSV from your CRM, Google Sheet, or wherever you keep them. Upload to Krow and we auto-map the columns. We walk you through this during onboarding.
Most businesses are live within a day of their onboarding call. We handle the technical setup—you just need to provide your leads and approve your message templates.
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans get a discount and are billed upfront but you can cancel anytime.
Pricing & Billing
Each unique contact you upload or import counts as one lead. Duplicates are automatically de-duped and don't count. Messages sent don't count against your limit—only unique contacts.
We'll let you know when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade mid-cycle or wait until next month. We don't charge surprise overage fees.
No, lead counts reset monthly. Choose a plan that fits your typical monthly volume.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated and take effect immediately.
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution including a possible refund.
We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Features & Capabilities
Krow sends SMS and email by default. Voice/ringless voicemail is available on Performance plans. All messages are personalized and feel 1:1.
Yes. You can fully customize message templates with merge fields (name, job type, etc.). We provide proven templates as a starting point, but you can write your own.
You get an instant notification. The automation sequence pauses so you can take over the conversation directly.
After you mark a job complete, Krow sends a friendly SMS with a link to your Google review page. Happy customers can leave a review in one tap.
CSV upload works today. Direct CRM integrations (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber) are roadmap items. Enterprise custom integrations are available case-by-case.
Compliance & Legal
No. Krow provides tools to support your compliance efforts—consent tracking, quiet hours, opt-out management, DNC checking—but you're responsible for ensuring your practices comply with all applicable laws. We recommend consulting with legal counsel.
When a lead replies STOP or similar keywords, they're immediately and permanently removed from all sequences. This is automatic.
Krow can check leads against the national DNC registry. Note that different rules apply to existing customers vs. cold leads—consult your attorney for guidance.
Yes. All consent timestamps, opt-in sources, and opt-out events are exportable as CSV for audits.
You configure times when no messages send—typically before 8 AM and after 9 PM. Krow respects the lead's timezone when known.
Security & Privacy
Your data is stored on encrypted servers with enterprise-grade security. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
Only you and your authorized team members. Krow staff don't access customer data except for support (with permission) or legal compliance.
Never. Your data is yours. We don't sell, share, or monetize your leads or customer information.
Yes. Request deletion at any time. We'll remove your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
Export your data before canceling. After 30 days, we delete it from our systems except where legally required to retain.
